I invite you into a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can connect with your heart and body, inner wisdom, life’s purpose, authentic voice, and a deeper capacity for love - for yourself and others. Here you can awaken to vitality, purpose, and fulfilling relationships.
My approach is embodied, relational and intuitive, and goes beyond talk therapy - it invites body's wisdom and inner knowing. Together we can uncover deep-seated core beliefs, often formed in childhood, and work on shifting deep-seated patterns of thinking and being - creating a lasting change that stays with you at the deepest level.
I guide individuals and couples (online or in-person) with a blend of modalities such as Eco-therapy, Creative arts therapy, Hakomi (mindfulness based, body-centered form of psychotherapy), IFS. I work with many spiritual orientations, and bring Transpersonal, Depth psychology, and Eco-psychology lens into our work together.

My approach is focused on getting mindful and listening to the body - noticing feelings, sensations, and discovering deep seated beliefs at the core of your experience.
Together, we create a safe container to explore aspects of your life and inner world, and make room for transformation where your inner knowing can guide you towards your authenticity, wisdom, strength and creativity.
I hold an M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. My training and modalities include Relational Somatic Healing, Hakomi, Bio-Energy Balancing, Creative Arts Therapy, ritual work, and more.

Sessions and Fees
I offer 60- and 75-minute sessions, both online (Zoom, worldwide) and in-person (Sebastopol & San Anselmo, CA)
Fees are on a sliding scale of $165 - $280 per hour. If you need a lower fee - please contact me.
