My Approach

In the whirlwind of life, we often loose touch with the quiet voice of our body and our intuition, turning to distractions to escape the feelings of stress, loneliness and other discomfort. We give time and energy to work, relationships, and habits that don’t sustain us, unaware of the impact it takes on our spirit and well-being.

The path to healing sparks by remembering who we truly are. By reconnecting to our inner selves, listening deeply to our bodies, and honoring the sacred rhythms of life, we can realign with our true essence and restore balance, vitality, purpose and joy in our lives.

I apply the following frameworks and approaches in my work:

Mindfulness

At the heart of our sessions is mindfulness—a practice of being fully present in the moment. Through mindfulness, we cultivate awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, fostering a deeper awareness and connection with yourself.

Loving Presence

Inspired by the Buddhist principle of loving kindness, we adopt an attitude of benevolence, wishing for well-being, kindness, and friendliness towards each other.

Non-Judgment and Curiosity

Without judgment you are invited to share and accept yourself and others just as you are, knowing there is nothing to fix or change, only to witness.   

Somatic Awareness

By tuning into physical sensations of the body, we can uncover and address underlying issues that may be impacting your overall well-being. This approach helps to uncover and release stored memories and emotions and promote healing from within.

Trusting the Inner Healer

I believe that each of us has an innate healing capacity that can activate when held in a safe and open container. In our sessions together, I will invite your inner healer to join us in a collaborative way, so that the work feels empowering and stays with you.
