Soul’s work: you Life’s path and purpose

Are you longing for clarity in your purpose that feels like your soul's calling?

Societal programming can put us in a box, telling what "to do" that is safe and acceptable. But many of us are spiritual renegades and entrepreneurs who invent and reinvent ourselves many times in a lifetime. We each come to this earth with unique gifts and personal medicine essential to the well-being of the planet. Now, more than ever, our gifts are wanted for the world to flourish. And, I believe that when we align with our soul's work, we get to flourish too and tap into vitality and joy. Even when work isn’t easy, it can be enjoyable, fulfilling and reenergizing for the mind, body and soul.

In these sessions, we’ll tune in to where you are in this moment, and invite insight and clarity for your path ahead in a collaborative, meditate space. The insight may come in a form of images, words, or sensations. We will witness what arises together, with compassion and non-judgement, through reflection, guided inquiry, and gentle exploration.

In our work together, I will meet you where you are at :

  • I'll invite you to connect with your center through meditation, while the mind can calm and step aside, so that your inner wisdom can arise, with clarity and focus. We'll explore your goals: What ignites your passion? What vision do you hold for your future? What’s in the way?

  • At times we may have many competing ideas, and our thoughts or goals may feel disorganized or overwhelming. Together we can create a map, and identify, prioritize and link essential elements together.

  • Starting a new path or shifting careers can feel exciting, scary and overwhelming. Having changed multiple careers myself—from software development to art gallery management, teaching, therapy, and founding a healing arts center—I've experienced firsthand the excitement and challenges that accompany this path.

    I’ll be by your side, step by step, examining limiting beliefs, fears and road blocks and transforming them toward clarity and confidence, with compassion. This moment is an opportunity to create a rich and fulfilling life.
